The club offers a varied timetable of sessions throughout the week, welcoming members of all fitness levels with a vast range of personal goals. We can’t wait to meet you!

George Hayes
For the past 20 years being active has been a huge part of George’s life, which encouraged him to pursue a career in health and fitness. It all began with rugby from the age of 3, leading to 2 years playing for the Wasps RFC Academy! He is also a stunt performer and has worked on numerous projects, giving him the opportunity to train alongside some very talented individuals across the world.
The key thing that George has learned throughout this time is that getting fit does not have to be difficult. He advocates that we do not have to make change too difficult… we just have to begin! With so much conflicting and contradictory information out there it can be very frustrating and overwhelming to know what to do or how to motivate ourselves on a daily basis. But guess what? You’re not alone! Join George and Emma to surround yourself with those on the same mission as you.
Since becoming a qualified Personal Trainer in 2012 Emma has instructed over 1000 hours of one-to-one PT and group fitness sessions. Her energy and passion for fitness has led her to work overseas and she also runs a very successful Personal Training Studio in Hertfordshire.
Emma has continued to develop her knowledge and experience in the industry by completing an Honours Degree in Sport, which included modules such as nutrition, anatomy, coaching, business and development. For the past two years she has been a Sport Science teacher, educating students on the incredible effects that exercise has on the mind and body.
Emma believes that everyone is a unique individual, advocating that strength doesn’t come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t. Her goal is to support you to feel more confident and happier within yourself – because you deserve to feel your best!

Timetable – All classes run for one hour including warm up and cool down.
